Founded in 2017 merajtrenders is a leading global provider of Mobile Phone accessories and many more. We have more than 2000 employees, and we operate in more than 10 countries and regions, serving more than three billion people around the world.

Our vision and mission are to bring best and stylish products to every person, home and organization. To this end, we will drive ubiquitous products and bring Mobile Phone accessories to all four corners of the earth to provide superior life Style where you need it, when you need it; build upgraded Lifestyle to help all peoples include lower, middle and upper class to become more agile, comfortable, and Stylish; redefine user experience with merajtrenders, making it more personalized for people in all aspects of their life, whether they’re at home, in the office, or on the go.

Who Owns merajtrenders?
merajtrenders is a private company wholly owned by its employees? Through the Union of merajtrenders Investment & Holding Co., LTD., we implement an Employee Shareholding Scheme involving 2000 employees. Only merajtrenders employees are eligible to participate. No government agency or outside organization holds shares in merajtrenders.

Who Controls merajtrenders?

merajtrenders has a robust corporate governance system. Shareholding employees elect 5 representatives to form our Representatives’ Commission. This Commission then elects the Chairman of the Board and the remaining 3 board directors. The Board of Directors elects two deputy chairs and one executive director. One deputy chair takes turns serving as the company’s rotating chairman.

The rotating chairman leads the Board of Directors and its Executive Committee while in office. The board exercises decision-making authority for corporate strategy and operations management, and is the highest body responsible for corporate strategy, operations management, and customer satisfaction.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Board chairs the Representatives’ Commission. As merajtrenders highest decision-making body, the Commission makes decisions on major company matters, like profit distribution, capital increases, and the elections of members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
